Following success topping the UK University Sustainability League (People and Planet 2019), the University was invited to take centre stage in Edie’s Sustainable Business Covered podcast.

Edie are the purpose-driven business media brand that delivers events, resources, insights and the high profile Sustainability Leader Awards showcasing the best in corporate sustainability, with previous winners such as Interface, Unilever, IKEA, Co-op and BaxterStorey.

Director of Sustainability, Dr Alex Ryan, spoke with Edie about what it takes to bring sustainability into the university environment and the University’s pioneering change strategy, what matters to students, what counts in HE sustainability league tables and the next horizon with our partners.

    A second podcast is planned for release in 2020 sees Alex joined by Lloyd Parsons, MBA pathways lead, talking with Edie about our Radical Sustainability event, new Business School building in Gloucester and the triple bottom line in applied projects and course experiences.
